Tired of all the neurotypical advice about setting timers, never multitasking, and planning an iron-clad routine that doesn’t work for your brain? Frustrated by how many things you should just be able to do because they aren’t that hard, but you can never seem to get started?

That’s why I’ve started these co-working sessions! My own neurodivergent brain thrives on body-doubling, it’s the only way I ever get anything done. I talk to so many people who are trying to independently struggle their way through their unending list of tasks, and then thinking they’re broken or lazy when it doesn’t work. Work with your brain, in a community of autistic and ADHD people who get what you’re going through. Let’s help you break through the tasks that you’ve been avoiding forever, and jump-start your week with supportive vibes!
And what makes this time even better than your average co-working group? Free office hours (or office twenty minutes, I guess) with a coach -me!- to help you break down the overwhelming tasks, get over the initiation energy hump, and talk through whatever is getting in your way.

So many of us think our brains are broken and wrong and failing. That we’re supposed to self-motivate and work 40 hours all week every week. That we’re the only ones exhausted and struggling. But that’s just not true. Here, you’ll meet other people fighting the same battles you are, and get support from people who understand how your brain works.
Learn new shit!
Our half-time break features a chance to pick my brain (and sometimes also community brains) for free. All questions and requests are welcome, from breaking down an overwhelming project to tracking down the mindset causing the avoidance to recommended tools, and whatever else you can think of. No stupid questions here!
